inbox should be empty of all attachments …..

  • We should aim to have zero messages in the inbox
  • If any document is inside then we can shift it to google drive and archive mail.
  • We can create new label as per our record keeping eg. persons id wise/ subject wise / department wise. Etc. and shift from inbox to the specific label
